I had driving lessons with Tracy from surepass and I am sending this email to say thank you as she was brilliant.
My name is kerrie stone and I took and passed my car driving test on Friday 29th October. I’ve got to say that without Tracy’s teaching skills there is not a chance that I would have passed. She was the only driving instructor I have had (this was my 4th test) that helped me through the low, stressed and to the near giving up stages of my learning. She kept me strong as I was a very nervous driver and helped me to pass my test with only 6 out of the 14 minor points you are allowed. Please would you be so kind as to pass this “email of appraisol” on to her and make a copy for yourselves to keep on file. I am unaware if your company have certain ways for praising staff, but in my eyes Tracy deserves a medal!
